We do facility designs for mechanical systems including built-up AHU’s, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Water Side and Air Side distribution, VAV’s, HVAC, Process Exhaust, mechanical wet and dry piping systems (all systems).
We design water and air side systems, the sizing and selection of major mechanical equipment such and AHUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, VAV’s, HW and CW Coils. Layout and sizing of low, medium, and high pressure air distribution systems.
We preform field inspections of existing mechanical air and water side mechanical systems, estimating mechanical construction cost, and makes independent technical judgment on details. With over 25 years of experience in facility mechanical engineering design, we have gained the understanding and know-how to support our customers. What we have learned from our experience has been used to make us a better organization.
Has performed designs for service stations and petroleum facilities. Our understanding of federal and local environmental laws pertaining to petroleum facilities allows us to properly advise our clients on current design criteria parameters.
Our mechanical engineers are continually researching new technologies, codes and regulation updates to identify new efficiencies and safeguards for current and cost effective designs. Our fire protection engineers identify potential property risks and design safeguards such as alarm, sprinkler, and smoke control systems that aid in fighting fires. Fire Protection design performed in conjunction with our traditional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design allows us to provide the highest level of systems coordination while protecting a building and its occupants.
